What point of view is your story in [first, second, third (limited, omniscient)]? Why do you think the author uses that point of view? What do you think the author's attitude is toward the main character, and how can you tell?
The story I'm reading is in the 3rd person view. The third person view is limited. I think the author uses the limited point of view for a big reason. I think he uses this to keep his audience into the book. In "Stormbreaker" if you knew what everyone was thinking, the story would go nowhere. I think the author has a good attitude towards Alex. He always describes Alex as a great person. He also describes how adventurous and heroic he is.
Tommy B p6 The story I'm reading is in first person. The story is written in first person because the book is about two friends reading another friends letters that he wrote to them. the author has a good attitude towards the main character because he is always saying how ggood a person he is.
The novel,Blue Bloods is written in the limited third person perspective. I think the author purposely made the book in this format because this way,you can't get hints about what is going to happen from the author's clues.I think the author's feelings toward the protagonist,Schuyler are generally very positive.I believe this because the author tends to praise Schuyler and the other characters for quick-thinking and such.Mr.Haase,this was like,a college level thinking review over here. This is worthy of at least one of those paper-mache gold stars you get in Kindergarten.Just saying.
Jasmine B per8 The story I'm reading is written in the first person. I think the author wrote the story this way because it helps keep the audience become interested in the book, and it also is easier to identify the main character from all of the other characters. I think the author has a great attitude towards Samantha because he describes her as a caring person and he makes her a hero in the story.
My book, Lorna Doone, is written in the first person. That means that it is written through the eyes of one character, or in my book, John Ridd. I think that the author choses this format because that way, you can really see how John Ridd felt about everything he had been through. Also, if the book was written in second person, or through a narrarator, the story would be as interesting as it is now. I can't wait to find out what happens next in the book, Lorna Doone.
The book I'm reading (Fade) is written in a first person view, from the main charater's perspective. It is written like this so the reader can really observe how th main charcter (Paul) feels about his expieriences first hand and how he reacts physically and emotionally.
The book I'm reading ("Sammy Keyes and the Hotel Thief") is in 1st person view. The story is being told by Samatha. I think the author wrote the story like this to make the reader feel more like they are in the story, also Samatha says many things in her mind, if the book was'nt written in 1st person her thoughs would not be shown.
The story I'm reading is Breaking Dawn. This story is written in first person view. The character's view changes through-out the story. First it's Bella then Jackob then Bella again. I think the author ( Stepinie Meyer) used First point of view because she wanted to keep the readers on their toes trying to figure out whats going to happen next. The author wrote the book so you get two characters views on whats happening but you still don't know what is going to happen next.
The story I'm reading is in third person. The third person view is limited. I think that the author uses limited point of view because if the narrator knew everything then I don't think this perticular book would be as good if the narrator new evrthing. In So B. It the author has a good attitude toward the main charatcer Heidi. She is described as a good warm hearted person who just wants to nknow ger past.
I am reading the book called Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. The point of view in my book is third person omiscient. I think the author picked this point of view because she would proably would want to know everything about the characters than limited about the characters. I think the author has a good atitude towards Harry because She always keeps saying that Harry never gives up and always makes sure his friends are safe from harm.
The story I am reading is in the third person limited point of view. I think the author uses this point of view to make the story exciting and to keep the reader interested. It keeps you "at the end of your seat" because you don't know everything that's going to happen, unlike the omniscient point of view. I think the author doesn't have a good attitude towards the main character Allie. The author protrays her as annoying and as a know-it-all because of how he describes her and how other characters think of her.
The novel im reading is written in first person view - limited because bella tells the story from her point of view and how she sees the situation. I think Stephanie Meyer uses that point of view because you can hear it from the victum's view. I think the Authors attitude towards bella is good because she is keeping readers on the edge and always has bella live on the edge.
The story i am reading is in the third person omiscient. I think this because the author just about knows everything as if she was god. She describes Cameryn as a very energetic girl who has a dream to take on the family business. The author overall has a great attitude towards Cameryn.
The series i read was in the 3rd person omnicient point of view. I think that Anthony Horowitz chose to do this because it is much more in depth and he can talk about two situations going on at once. For example, he talks of Alex being trapped and a plane taking off at the same time. If this was limited, he couldn't do this. I think he does this so he can make it more dramatic. There are many examples of dramatic irony in this book, which wouldn't be possible if he was limited.
The book I am reading is written in the 3rd person point of view. It is written in a limited point of view. I think that the author wrote the book in this point of view because the character that is telling you the story doesn't know exactly what is going on. If the character that is telling the story knew what was going on, there would be no plot. If the main character was telling the story it would also be very boring because the whole story is about trying to figure out what is going on in the main character's head. I think that the author likes the main character and feels bad for him. I think the author feels bad for the main character because no one can figure out what is happening to him.
The story Maniac Magee i'm reading is written in the second person. I think it is written in the second persons point of view because, there is a narrarator telling the story. He knows what is going through each characters mind such as maniacs He comes off explaining that the main character Jeffree/maniac magee is not from a dump and not a bad kid, even though he has had some pretty bad experences. He makes Jeffree seem kinda to him self and misterious, He keeps some things to himself. I want to see if jeffree changes through out the story.
AlexandraM8 My book is written in the third omniscient person. I think the author wrote in this point of view becuase the different characters' separate lives had to be explained before they actually met each other in the story. The author is sympathetic toward Rose (the main character) because she did not lead the privledged life she could have had with her real mother. The author tells about the hardships that Rose had to face as a child and a young woman living without her mother.
AlexandraM8 The point of view of my book is third omniscient. I think the author used this point of view becuause the different characters' stories had to be explained before they could actually meet each other. The author is sympathetic to Rose (the main character) because she could not lead the privledged life that she could have had by living with her real mother. Throughout the book the author explains the hardships that Rose had to overcome as a child and a young woman living without a mother.
I am reading Jingle Boy by Kieran Scott. It is in third person limited view. I think the author uses this point of view because the whole point of the story is about an event that happened to the main character and everything that happens around it. If the story was put in a different point of view, the reader would never know how the main character felt and why he acted in certain ways. The author, Kieran Scott, had a positive attitude towards the main character. The author shows him as an average kid, but there isn't anything negative about the character. The book does not talk about any negative characteristics.
The story I am reading is in the first person. This means that it is written through one characters point of view, or in my book Cammie Morgan. I think the author used first person point of view because she wanted to show how Cammie felt about her school and all the things she has to go through to seem like a normal girl. I also think the author describes Cammie really well, so we can know the girl she really is.
The story I am reading is in 3rd person point of view. I think that the author uses a limited point of view. I think the author uses this because it keeps readers a little more focused on what they are reading at that moment, rather than what will happen in the future. There are three main characters in the story;Birdie, Leeda, and Murphy. I think that the authors attitude between the three girls is mostly good. They each have their differences and flaws but I think that the author trys to look past that to show what good people they really are. I can tell this because everytime a problem strikes and one of the girls does something wrong, it always ends up working out for them.(Most of the time.)
**Just to make a note, on my last blog I said the girls were thirteen or fourteen. But after reading a little more I have found out that they are in high school around the age of fifteen or sixteen.
I am reading New Moon by Stepahnie Meyer. This book is written in the third person view. The third person is limited. I think the author uses this point of view to give hints about what is going to happen. I think the attitude that the author has towards one of the main characters,Bella, are positive. I can tell this because the author says that she is a smart, caring person.
Alex A. Per.8 In the book i am reading is in the 3rd person point of view.I think the author uses this point of view so that you know everyones feelings about the conflict they all face. Ecspecially when Artemis's bodyguard had gotten shot you now the felling towards him by every character.
The story I am reading is writen in third person form. I think the author uses first person form because he is writing about himself so he uses I a lot. I think the author has a good atitude towards himself. He always talks about the good things that happened in his life and all of the acomplishments hi has had. I think that the story would have been much different if he did not have a positive atitude about hinself because if he only wrote about the sad times he had then it would be a very sad story.
Dylan H p.6 The story I'm reading is written in 3rd person. The 3rd person view is omniscient.I think the author uses this point of view because he is telling a story about the character so he uses their names instead of I. The author has a bad attitude towards the main character because he is always saying something bad about him like he is stubborn or obnoxious.
The book that I am reading, Bloomability, by Sharon Creech, is written in the first person. I think that the author uses this point of view to portray Dinnie's (the main character)opinions and feelings. It is told in the perspective of Dinnie to show how bad or good certain things, or people, are. This brings attention to certain characters. I think that the author's attitude is toward the main character because she has many conflicts which can carry the story forward. I can tell this because the story is written in some form of a journal about Dinnie's feelings about specific situations.
My book is written in third person, omniscient. I think that the author uses this point of view because he wants the reader to know all the things that are going on in the story. If he did not do this the reader would be extremely lost. I think the author had an acceptable attitude towards the main character. I can tell because whenever Dainel gets in trouble the author always makes it seem like it is for an important reason and sometimes necessary.
In the story "unbelievable", the book is written in the 3rd person omniscient. The narrator knows everything about all of the four characters, Hanna, Aria, Emily and Spencer. I think the author made it in the omniscient point of view to add suspence to the book. The narrator knows everything about all of the girls that they only told one person, who is now dead. It's exciting to know that she knows all of the secrets kept by the girls, and they still cant figure out who it is. You'll have to read the book to find out!
Vishnu N P5 The book I am reading is called Vanishing act. It is in the third person view. The third person view is omniscient. This is because the author, John Feinstein, is the one who is telling the story. He is the one who describes Stevie and Susan Carol's experience at the US Open.
The book I am reading, Sure Fire is written in third limited. I know that the author writes in third limited because the narrator knows as much as the characters know. The two twins in the story (Rich and Jade) don't know why their father got kidnapped, niether does the narrator. the author has a positive attitude towards the main characters because the author says good things about the two main characters.
GregB2 The book I'm reading is in the 3rd person view. The type of third person view is omniscient. I think the author uses this point of view because the main characters have many thoughts that the audience should know. Since the main character is coming to a big point in his life, it is easier to understand what is going on if you know what he thinks about the situation.
The story I am reading is in the first person view. The author uses first person because he is telling his life story throught the book.If he hadn't used fist person the book would have sounded rediculous.Who would read a book written by a man,but the man talks about himself in the third person thats just upserd!!!!!!!!!!!!The authors attitude is good because he is talking about himself. He is modest and does not praise himself in his own book.Surely my book is in the first person
In the story i am reading, called "Unbelieveable" the book is written in 3rd person, omniscient. The narrator knows everything about the 4 girls, Spencer, Hannah, Aria and Emily. The narrator in this story knows more than the characters do. It gives the story suspense and makes me keep wanting to read.
My story is called My Family and Other Animals. In this story, the author uses a first person omniscient view (if thats possible)because he is writing about his childhood days on Corfu, a small Greek island. He wrote this way probably because it is about his past so he knows what happens. He himself is the main character and he is basically writing an autobiography, though it only describes his experiences on Corfu. This book is non-fictional book and is categorized as "Humor and Essay"...i think. Thats all folks.
My book, New Moon by Stephanie Myer is written in first person limited view. I think that Stephanie uses this view so she can keep the readers guessing and unaware of what is going to happen next. I think Stephanie Meyer has a good, positive attitude towards Bella, the main character because she describes Bella as a kind person etc.
In my book "Perfect" by Sara Shepard, the story is told from third person omniscient. I think the author uses this point of view because it is a very emotional book and she wants the reader to understand each character's thoughts and feelings. Also, each chapter is from a different main character's point of view and if the book was narrated in third limited, you wouldn't not be able to understand all the emotion in the story. The author is always true to the main characters's personality. She doesn't leave any information out and gives readers all the information there is to know about the character.
The story I'm reading right now is Midnighters by Scott Westerfeld. It is in the third person. Midnighters is also written omnisciently. I think the author uses that point of view because there is so much going on in the novel. We, as the readers of this book series, must be able to understand what is happening, so that we can follow and interpret events that are occuring as the book progresses. I think the author's attitude toward the main character is not really negative to me, but he doesn't narrate the story like "oh-my-gosh-this-character-is-the-best-in-the-world" (hyphenated modifier!! :D). I can tell because the author does not speak of Jessica (the main character of Midnighters) disdaintly or as if he did not like her (why would he be writing about her if he hated her character anyway?). Also, the author doesn't write about Jessica with a super-high reguard, rather, it is more unopinionated so the reader could make up his/her own mind about the characters (although the book does add what the characters think about each other, and it's not always so sweet).
The story I am reading is written in third omniceient. It is written this way so that the reader can learn more specific things about the character from the author. The authors attitude towards the main character is just like he's writing as if the main character was just a normal teenager. Living a normal teenage life but in not such a good area with a lot of crimes and gangs. He is being pressured to take his brothers spot in the gang because his brother is in jail. What will he do? We'll find out.
CaitlinD5 The book I literally finished a minute ago was written in the first person, in the point of view of the protagonist. I think that this story wouldn't have the same impact on the reader if it wasn't told by the main character. You wouldn't understand what the main character has been through, which I think is important to know. The author wants to portray this character as a very adventurous, witty girl, and the use of first person contributes to that. He also gives her a dark sense of humor and a bit of toughness, so that she can survive on a ship.
The book I am reading is written in the third person. The third person view is limited. I think the author writes in limited third person to keep the suspense going. The author's attitude towards the main character is patient and sympathetic. I can tell because the author is writing about how the main character, Rocky, is dealing with the death of her husband and the phases of grieve.
The story I am reading is,"The City Of Ember."It is told in the first-person view. It is told from the perspective of a girl named Lina. She is one of the main characters in the story. The story is about a secret city. The other main character is Doon. Lina and Doon are both twelve years old. When you graduate school at age 12, you are assigned to a job. I believe that the author likes Lina more than Doon. This is because the author says that Lina is a social girl that is very nice. Doon, on the other hand, the author describes as a rebel kid that doesnt hang out with alot of people.
The book, 19 Minutes, is written in the third person. The narrator is omnicient, or knows everything about the characters and their feelings etc. I think the author decided to use the third person point of view, because the main plot is a school shooting. In the first or second person, it would be very hard to cover all of the feelings of the characters and what everybody is doing. It would seem a little, "too much" to try and fit into a book. I think the narrator does not really have a positive or negative view toward any of the characters. She just tells it like it is. If Josie, one of the victims, is feeling sad, the narrator won't say she is being brave or is always depressed, it is just she is sad.
The book I am reading is called Vampire Plagues London, 1850. This book is written in third person omniscient. I think Sebastian Rook wrote this way because he has to talk about two individuals who meet and explain their past and the author gives clues about what will happen in the future. I think that the author portrays these children as exotic because they don’t live a “normal” life. One kid lives in luxury and goes on voyage’s to places around the world while the other child is poor and would do anything for food and shelter. One day these two kids collide and now they are working as one to find out what will happen in the future.
I recently finished my other book (described in blog entry one) and started a new one. This book is called “Redwall” by Brian Jacques. This novel is written in the limited point of view and I really enjoy reading it. I get a feel for every character’s personality and feelings, and there are many characters in this book. I think that Jacques wrote this book in the limited point of view for the reason why I enjoy it very much. Many fantasy readers, like me, love reading about characters that have their own different point of view on what is actually happening in the book. Brian Jacques loves to make his main character, Mathias, have different ideas on different events. He always puts Mathias in a situation where it is him against everyone on the other side. Although he has many people to fall on, Jacques puts Mathias on his own separate side and makes him fight for himself. For these reasons, I enjoy sitting and reading “Redwall” each and every night.
The book im reading Storm Thief is based on a 3rd person view, limited. I think the reason the author used 3rd person is to try and keep the book suspenceful, to keep the readers on the edge of there seat. In my book Moa and Rail have to be on the guard at all times because anything can happen. The author makes unexpected things happen to Moa and Rail, He puts a lot of detail in to the unexpected things they got through.
The story that i am reading is told in third person. The view is omniscient because the author knows every thing about everybody in the story. I think he is telling it in 3rd person because there is so much information about Bo, Prosper, and Scipio that if it was first person it just wouldn't work. The author has a positave attuide towards Prop and Bo because He is alwyas saying how great they are surviving on thier own.
JustinG2 The book I am reading is in the third person omniscient point of view. I think the author uses this to keep the readers entertained and in the story. The author's attitude towards the main characters seems very optimistic. He is always pointing out their bravery.
The novel that I am reading is in the first person, told by the main character himself. I think that the author chose it to be this way because it is the story of a person telling their life story and experiences. There is also a lot of deep thought in this book and emotion, so it would be tough for an omniscient narrator to describe his feelings constantly. The author's attitude towards the protagonist is basically expressive and regreful for his actions, definitely not too possitive. I know this because the main conflict in this book is a person versus self.
In the book I am reading( Pretty Little Devils), the point of view is in third person. The narrarator tells the story but the narrarator is not a character. The author tells us what the characters are thinking and expresses their actions. If they out it in the point of view of the main character (Hazel), I don't think it would be that interesting. The author's attitude towards Hazel is positive.(=
The story I'm reading is in first person. The main character, Bella Swan describes her feelings and thoughts of every situation that happens. I think that the author chose to write throught this perspective becuase then you can actually feel that it's happening to you and you can understand all the emotion that packed into it. I think that the author's attitude to the main character is realistic, like as if it were herself. I feel this way because the way the author writes is very deep and doesn't miss one detail of the situation whether it's the scenery or emotion.
The story that I'm reading is a 3rd person point of view. The 3rd person point of veiw is limied {I think}. The main perpose of my story is 3rd person because of many big reason. Will, for one thing he keeps me on the edge of my seat most of the time. Another, one is that he keeps makeing me stop and thinks about what is going to happen next. Also he describes the main charchtar Robby in a good way because he is such a good kid will in the book he is.
The book "My Sister's Keeper" is written in first person. In each chapter there is a different person narrating in first person. With a different speaker in each chapter, the story is easier to understand and can easily give every characters point of view on the situation. Each person in the novel thinks differently about the main character and has a different attitude toward her. The characters love Kate so much and dont want to hurt her but they all feel like they need to move on with their lives. I can tell by the way each of them talks about her and the way they feel about her.
AlyssaJ p2 The story I'm reading is in 3rd person view. The person view is omniscient. In the book "What if you broke all the rules," the author at the end of each chapter makes you turn to a certain page. This gives you an option to choose what character's view you want to be with. I think the author does this so that it makes you want to keep reading on about Haley's life. Haley goes though alot of experiences and the author really knows were the book is going. It's up to you to decided if you are going along with the author. The author makes you stop and wonder were is this going next!!
NicoleJ p8 The story I'm reading is in the 3rd person view. The third person is omniscient. In the book "What if All the boys wanted me", the author trys to explore your mind. The author knows what going to happen next. The author makes you turn to a certain page in the book after each chapter. This is so that you can decide which way in Haley's life you want to go. The author trys to make you go with him or her but it's really up to you. This makes the book fun to read and makes you want to read more and more!!
The book “For One More Day” by Mitch Albom is written in first person. I know that this book is written in first person because the narrator, who is the main charracter in the story, uses words like “I” and “we.” Charley “Chick” Benetto, the narrator, tells this story about himself. I think that the author wrote this book in the first person to help us identify who the main character is. Another reason why I think the author wrote this book in first person is because it helps us see how the character feels about what he is going through. I think that the author has a good attitude towards Charley because he is trying to show us how Charley loves his mother so much and that before he makes his final decision about killing himself he got one more visit from his mother so he can see that it’s not his time to die right now.
Sorry about not using my other blogger name, I forgot the password.
The story I am reading, Eragon, is written in third person limited view. I think that the author uses this point of view because the entire story would be given away if the thoughts of the other characters, such as the antagonist, Galbatorix, were reveiled at the same time that the protagonist, Eragon, was doing something very important to the plot of the story. I think the author's feelings towards Eragon are very positive. I can see this because after every battle, even the thought the odds are against, him, Eragon survives and learns from his experience. I am almost finished with this book, and I am looking forward to reading the next two books in the series!
The book I am reading is in third person view. The third person view is limited. I think the author makes the book in third person limited and not omniscient because that way the narrator does not tell you everything that happens in the book. I think the author has a good attitude towards the main character is very unstable. At first she showed Rose as a high risk taker girl but toward the middle she shows that Rose is a good girl who is really good at school.
The story I am reading is in 3rd person omniscent. The author uses a 3rd person omniscent narrarator to tell the story. I think the author uses this because this can help show feelings and other ideas about charachets without having one persective of the story being told. I also think this is used because there is a person narrarating the story that uses he, she, it, and characters names. The narrarator also explains details about the characters. For example, the narrarator says things ike, "I liked you better before," Sasha said. Also the author uses quotes when telling what a character says.

I just finished this book called Speak. its about a girl who is in high school and is having trouble in school. it is written in first person, i think it is wrtten in first person so you can understand how she thinks and so you can understand what she is thinking about and why she does things.
AmandaZ Per8 The book I'm reading is written in the 3rd person, omniscient point of view. I think the author writes it this way because even though there is a main character, the story also talks about many of the other characters. It wouldn't make sense for one character to be talking about the others for majority of the book. The author has a great attitude towards Kathleen. (the main character)I know this because the author always talks about how good of a person she is, for her to be taking care of her mother who has MS and to be volunteering at the local hospital.
"Black Like Me" was written from the view of the first person. The author is the main character, who wants to convey the deepest of feelings he experiences, while making an experiment of becoming a Negro. He wants to share his feelings and thoughts with the reader to have a complete understanding of the situation of colored people in America. Since the author is the main character, he portrays himself as a highly advanced socialy, intelectual who has mature and great realization of the social classes and is researching to document and raise wide awarness of life in underprivilidged classes. He assumed the skin of the black person, moved to southern states and settled among Africa American.
Well, Mother Night is over as of nearly 2 minutes ago, and I'm in the middle of a kind of choosing-a-suitable-book-but-not-too-long-so-I-can-finish-it-in-the-time-range debate. I'll probably choose in the next minute though. (And might I add, Mother Night was certainly not Vonnegut's best. It was alright, but it did let me down a bit. I think he could have done so much more with it.) Anyway, though, I'll answer your perspective question, using Mother Night... Mother Night is written in the first person. Howard Campbell Jr. is the narrator, for your worthy information. I believe Vonnegut uses this point of view for an obvious reason... it's basically a faux autobiography. I think Vonnegut has a he's-so-misunderstood-but-still-so-determined attitude toward the main character (and narrator) if that makes sense. He writes as Howard using a lot of, well... self-pity. But he doesn't make him come on too strong as an apathetic wreck... he does show how determined and content he is in parts. Well, after reading this book, I do recommend it, because it IS worth reading, but don't SACRIFICE for it, you know? It's one of those books that is... just... good enough, right? It's weird to write as if I'm saying this so... this is the end of my post here. Sincerely, Sabrina R pd. 8
The book I am reading, Speak by Laurie Halse Anderson, is written in the first person. This means we only know the information that the character speaking, Melinda, knows. I think the author uses this point of view because the object of the story is Melinda has a secret and that's why her reactions to everything are so weird. But Melinda doesn't like to think about her secret, so when things just start popping up everywhere Melinda acts unusual. If it were written in the third person limited know would would understand what the patterns are since Melinda doesn't spend time with many people. I think the author's attitude towards the main character is that Melinda is an average girl that went through something terrible, and the way she acts is only expected. I think Laurie Halse Anderson views Melinda as someone who has no one in the world and just needs a little hope. With that hope she could do great things.
Joey The book I am reading is FALLEN ANGELS. The main characters are Perry, Peewee, Johnson, Jenkins and Lieutenant Carroll. Perry and Peewee become best friends and after a few weeks together on the base they start pulling guard duty and bunk together. They are sent to a new unit in Chu Lai, another city in Vietnam. Where after a few hours of travelling, they get settled in and go to sleep, not knowing what tomorrow will bring..... until next time
The book I am reading, "Prom" is written in the first person. First person is when you use "I" and it can be used in biographies and memoirs. I believe the author uses first person because it is more interesting and engages you in the story more. A book written in the first person seems more real than one narrated by a third person. It makes it seem as you are part of the story when it is written in the first person. The author doesn’t have a good attitude towards Ashley, the main character. Ashley is consistently portrayed as the bad person in the friendship between Ashley and Natalie.
My book "Dive" is in the third person limited. The narrator does not say "He had surprised thoughts." Instead it says "He had a surprised expression on his face." I think the author uses this because, if he didn't then he would give the story away. If he did that it would not be interesting to read, and it would give away the whole book.
The book Twilight I believe is written in the point of view first limited. I think this because it is written like “I saw him there” and “I was scared”. The book is told in the prospective of the main character Bella. I think the Author wrote it like that so you can get the feeling of how she actually felt throughout the events in the books. This makes the reader more interested because you always get to hear her side of the story. I think the Author thinks Bella is the most important character in the book because she chose her a she main character.
The book im reading is Code of Claw and the book is in the first person. The author probaly made it in first person because he wanted the characther to tell the audience what he sees. The main characther says what he is thinking so you know what happens and that he is the one who has to look for the danger that happens.

I am reading the third book in the series Pretty Little Liars titled Perfect. The story is told from the third persons point of view by an Omniscient point because the narrator tells the girls story by the point of "he" "she" & "they". The narrator knows all about the girls but is not a character in the story line.
LindsayP p1 In the book i am reading the author uses first and second point of view. I think she uses these points of view because she writes about her life, but at the same time uses a character to play the role of herself. She often uses the words " I feel, he feels, and she feels". She describes herself as being ugly, big nosed, fat.........( i do not think she looks like this...haha)
The story I'm reading is written in third person. i think that the author use the Third Person because there is more than one thing happening that can't be explained through another point of view. The author has a nuetral attitude towards the main character.
I think my book is from the first point of veiw. I think this because the character is mainly telling the story. He is explaining whats going on in his life and what is going on.

The story I'm reading is in first person.

The story I'm reading is written
in the first person.

My book is written in the third omniscient person.

Carli M Period 2:

I can tell this because the author says that she is a smart, caring person.

The story I am reading is writen in third person form. I think the author uses first person form because he is writing about
himself so he uses I a lot. I think the author has a good atitude towards himself. He always talks about the good things that happened in his life and all of the acomplishments hi has had. I think that the story would have been much different if he did not have a positive atitude about hinself because if he only wrote about the sad times he had then it would be a very sad story.

The story I'm reading is written in 3rd person. The 3rd person view is omniscient.I think the author uses this point of view because he is telling a story about the character so he uses their names instead of I.

The book I'm reading is in the 3rd person view.

The book I literally finished a minute ago was written in the first person, in the point of view of the protagonist.

The story I'm reading is in 3rd person view.

The book I'm reading is written in the 3rd person, omniscient point of view.
Sincerely,

The book I am reading is FALLEN ANGELS.

The narrator does not say "He had surprised thoughts."
Instead it says "He had a surprised expression on his face." I think the author uses this because, if he didn't then he would give the story away.

In the book i am reading the author uses first and second point of view.
